Digital procedures in the Municipality of San Miguel
Based on an innovative Initiative through which a Digital Transformation process has been launched, and motivated by the new reality in which the importance of institutions having a quality digital service has become evident, the Municipality of San Miguel has decided to link with citizens through a technological platform that allows minimizing presence, eliminating the use of paper and optimizing response times for the Society.
To satisfy this objective, we have installed our Puert@ digital procedures platform, which allows us to cover the complete cycle of the procedure from the request to the notification of the result, achieving the registration of all the actions, keeping you constantly informed of both the status and the result obtained .
The first stage of the Project, which accompanied a process of internal reengineering of processes, allowed the digitization of 26 Procedures related to Private Works, Cadastre and Qualifications .
Puert@ has been conceived to meet the needs of dynamic and demanding organizations, including the principles of digital literacy , organizational management through processes and technological scalability. These concepts allow Puert@ to be the great orchestrator, giving intervention to whoever corresponds, requesting the opportune information and integrating itself into other systems of the Organization.
