Process Improvement at Vista Oil & Gas

Vista Oil & Gas decided, under the premise of Continuous Improvement, to improve the Well Intervention process with Pulling equipment.

The project included a new analysis of the process involving all the Company's business units, including IT, in order to be able to integrate other systems of the organization into it, thus managing to expose the relevant information on the wells in the process.

In this way, the benefits of automation were immediately visualized since, when designing the solution, the ordering of the process, the identification of the roles and the activities necessary for its proper functioning was achieved.

 

BPM was the great orchestrator of the process, delivering the activities to those who correspond with fair and precise information, measuring the resolution times. With this automation and improvement, it was possible to save rework and identify bottlenecks in the flow.
