We developed a Portal for Integrated Management of Procedures without precedent in the Province of Buenos Aires, to ensure the management of action in the approval of land use and territorial development for gated communities, with maximum efficiency in time and inter-institutional consistency. We unify, consolidate and integrate the processes of the intervening organizations through their reengineering and automation. These agencies are the Department Provincial and Territorial Urban Planning (DPOUT), Water Authority and the Provincial Agency for Sustainable Development and the municipalities involved.

This development included the redesign and documentation of the processes, their automation and the design and development of the web portal and the mobile application for remote access by officials and citizens.
