The Organization for Sustainable Development of the Province of Buenos Aires (OPDS) proposed to redesign the main environmental processes, both in industries and strategic projects with environmental impact, as well as digitize these processes in a comprehensive manner, actively involving the citizen and the different organisms that are actors in the process.

The solution offered and implemented included a Web Portal of Procedures, where the user is allowed to initiate, follow up, consult and be notified of the result of a procedure totally On-Line, and the systematization of the support processes, allowing the Agency and the citizen to analyze the traceability of the procedures, optimizing the use of resources and response times, increasing productivity and promoting compliance with the commitments assumed.

Synvelt accompanied the organization in this challenge, designing, developing and implementing the selected processes, which included 55 procedures that resolve, among others, the comprehensive treatment of the Environmental Impact Statement, the Certificate of Environmental Aptitude and the Licenses of Gaseous Emissions in the Atmosphere.
